Refunds & Returns Policy
Contact us if you have any issues or damage due to shipping of your Flex-i-Link product. We do not offer returns, but we will gladly refund your purchase before it ships if you have changed your mind.
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with the tracking number, photos of the box, and photos of any damaged areas or products. We will then start a claim for a damaged item and make sure the situation is rectified.
